How to...
Complete the task at each "station" to learn more about what you can do in Performance Tracker. Before we even start running reports, it's important to know where to start in organizing students.
#1: Search an Individual Student
1) Click on the kids icon.
2) Search for an individual student by Name, ID#, etc. This is also the place that you can look at a whole grade or just a demographic group. This will be one place to go to create smaller student groups (later...) 3) Make sure the year is correct or you will see old lists. 4) Select the student from the results by clicking on their name (EVERYTHING is linked in Performance Tracker) 5) This will take you to the individual student detail page. Here you can find assessments, individual reports, schedule and demographic information. Drill down to find more and more specific info. |
#2: Starting with Your Class List
1) Click on the desk icon.
2) You can see all of your sections once they are in eschool. 3) Click on a class to see a hyperlinked roster. At the far right of this table you'll see a "bar graph" icon; you can go directly to a class report from here (more later about filtering these reports!). 4) Click on a student to go to the individual student page. |
